SafeTALK: Suicide Alertness For Everyone

SafeTALK is a suicide alertness training for everyone. In only a few hours you will learn how to provide practical help to persons with thoughts of suicide. Expect to leave SafeTALK more willing and able to perform an important interventional role for those in crisis.

All sessions will be held in the first floor classroom at:
Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital
2001 Errecart Blvd.
Elko, NV 89801

This is a free class open to all community members.                              

NNRH is covering the registration fee for these sessions and inviting the community to attend.
Space is limited to 30 participants in each class. Please register ASAP to save your seat!

Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are available.

There is an additional $15 fee for those earning CEUs. NNRH will cover this cost for its employees. If you are not a hospital employee and you'd like to earn CEUs, please bring $15 on the day of the training.

CEUs are available for the following disciplines in Nevada: Social Work / MFT / ADGC / Psychological / Pharmacy / Physical Therapy / Nursing / EMS / POST. 

Continuing Medical Education units (CMEs) are also available for physicians.

To register online for CEUs or CMEs, please provide your board and license number as well as the name of your employer.
