Our Speech Therapy Services:
Rehabilitation Services offers an extensive therapy regimen designed to get patients back on the job as quickly and as safely as possible. What's more, as part of our comprehensive program, we help patients avoid future injuries. Our therapies include strengthening and conditioning, ergonomic training and evaluation of the specific demands of each patient's job requirements.
Our therapists are trained to treat every kind of wound, from diabetic ulcers and burns to pressure ulcers and slowly healing surgical wounds. Our therapists are also trained in wound assessment, debridement techniques, hydrotherapy, selection and application of appropriate dressings and patient/family education.
We monitor each patient's progress at every treatment session. Our goal is to provide the most appropriate wound-healing environment that will result in the most complete wound closure possible. To ensure the proper and successful healing of all wounds, a close working relationship is maintained between the patient, therapist, and the patient’s physician.
