Steve Thomas, NNRH Accounting/ Payroll Generalist, is the January Service Excellence Award winner. Steve takes his duties very seriously and is devoted to getting payroll done correctly and on time. Steve's coworker writes, "There was a problem with the payroll system at the corporate level for the first payroll of the year. We were already a day short in the payroll process due to the holiday and corporate delayed us another day and a half. Without hesitation, Steve gave up his New Year's holiday to come in and work to get payroll done on time. There were some problems with deductions that also were not Steve's fault, but he handled the questions and complaints professionally, in an effort to correct the problem.
