Steve Snyder is the new controller at the Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital, coming to Elko from Ardent health Services in Cleveland, Ohio. Steve has been an accountant for seven years. He is licensed in Arizona as a certified public account and he is a graduate of Arizona State University. He said he wants to live in the West. “I spent a few months in Boise, Idaho, and became familiar with the area. I really prefer the Western United states to the East because I am now closer to my family,” Snyder said. “Cleveland had over 100 inches of snow last year. Since I am an Arizona native, that much snow was hard to get used to,” he said.
